PJI Security Services is a Ltd company, which was founded 18 years ago. Since then the company has gone from strength to strength and has grown ten fold, both in size and reputation. There is a number of deliberating factors, which can explain this rapid expansion. PJI Security Services Ltd is a family run business where attention to detail, combined with a hands-on approach has ensured that client needs are satisfied to the highest standards. It was decided from the company's initial outset, that it was essential to research sources of work by means of networking in order to identify individuals within organisations who have responsibility to allocate security contracts. This client centred approach combined with networking to identify future business contracts has proved a winning formula.
The directors of the company were also fully aware of the value of satisfied clients and came to the conclusion that one of the best ways of promoting the business and the services it provided was through recommendation and referral. This has proved an extremely effective strategy and has enabled the company to demonstrate to potential clients their successes within the network of an existing prestigious client base.
Security Personnel
The company employs between 45 to 50 security officers. (Depending upon seasonal and cyclical contract patterns) For obvious reasons it is essential that each officer employed with the company provide a completely checkable work record spanning a minimum of ten years and at least three references. Moreover many of the officers employed with the company have been personally referred to the company by business and personal acquaintances.
All staff are licensed by the SIA and trained to NVQ Level 2 in Security Guarding or Door Supervision.
All officers employed by the company are fully trained and equipped for whatever duty they are asked to undertake. It is essential for both the company and the client that each officer is neatly presented and well turned out for each and every security duty. PJI Security Services Ltd. therefore provides each officer with a majority of their security uniform and operates a strict dress code for all of its officers. These measures ensure that the company employs only totally honest and trustworthy personnel who are well presented.
